Shipping policy

All orders are created and sent upon payment. As we do not keep stock, all items are made to order and can take 2-4 days for large sizes to print, depending on the printing time from our supplier. 

Shipping is done through a Costa Rican shipping company and can take around 10-15 business days to arrive, depending on the country of destination.  As the recipient of the item, you are responsible for paying any taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. 

Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. ArielVainer.com is unable to advise on how much these duties will cost, so please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before making your purchase. 

If you receive a package that is visually damaged or opened, please ensure that this is noted with the carrier before signing and receiving for your order.
