Returns and Exchanges

Please note that returns for refunds of our products are not eligible. As each order is only made once your order is processed, we do not keep stock, and hence these orders are made to your specifications (like print size) and cannot be returned for a refund.

In any and all cases, the cost of shipping and the cost of materials used in packaging cannot be refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded in any circumstance. 

 

Faulty Items & Damages

Our products are hand-produced using high-quality materials. We use a professional art studio as a supplier. Before shipping, every item is meticulously reviewed for quality purposes.

If you receive a package that is visually damaged or opened, please ensure that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us, and we will work with you to ensure a satisfactory result. Please note that faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges.
